Orders & Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship to the UK.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all UK orders!
When will I receive my order?
Once we dispatch your order you should receive an email update. From there, delivery usually takes 2-3 business days but can sometimes take longer. Please note delivery delays are not in our control once we dispatch them.
Can I track my order?
Only orders over £30 are dispatched using a tracked service. You can track your order HERE through the Royal Mail Tracking System. You should receive a tracking number by email once we process your order.
What do I do if I my order has not arrived?
If you have not received your package, chances are it was lost in transit or has been delayed. Please send an email to info@perfumesamplestore.com so we can assist you.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
If you are unhappy upon receiving your order, please send an email to info@perfumesamplestore.com so we can assist you in initiating a return. Please note, you have 14 days to request a return. Items must be returned in their original condition and unused.
Do you offer free returns?
Unfortunately we do not cover any return costs. Please review our Returns Policy for more details.
How do I request a refund?
If you have not done so already, please contact info@perfumesamplestore.com to initate a return & refund process. We will notify and issue you a full refund once your order is returned to us however, it can take up to 10 business days for your refund to appear on your payment account.
What do I do if order arrived damaged?
We are so sorry to hear! Please send an email to info@perfumesamplestore.com WITHIN 48 HOURS of receiving your order and we will sort it.
Product Questions
Do these samples come from authentic perfumes?
Yes, we take care in decanting genuine perfume into sample bottles. Our perfume is purchased from authorised distributers and retailers so you can test and discover new scents.
What do I do if my package was damaged during transit?
If your order arrives damaged, leaking or not as expected please get in contact by sending us an email at info@perfumesamplestore.com or filling out our Contact Form and we will do our best to sort it!
